Digital Economy and Agrotechnologies University announces the competition for 2024 in specialties 08.00.07 – "Finance, money circulation and credit" and 08.00.16 – "Digital economy and international digital integration" for basic doctoral studies (PhD), doctoral studies (DSc) and independent research.

Studies in basic doctoral, doctoral and independent research courses are organized on a paid-contract basis.

Documents accepted from January 15 to February 15, 2026

Documents for independent research are accepted once a year.

Each candidate must register online on the Ministry of Innovation Development's system within the specified period.

•Master's degree diploma copy (for PhD) or PhD diploma copy (for DSc)
•Certified copy of work record book (for employed candidates)
•List of scientific works and their copies

•Copy of President's State Scholarship document (if available)
•National or equivalent international language certificate

Have published scientific articles in established journals
Have at least two years of scientific-pedagogical work experience or certain scientific achievements (patents for inventions or author's certificates)
