Current Student FAQs
You'll enroll in your modules directly through our Learning Management System (LMS) by the specified deadline. We'll provide a detailed guide on the LMS for the exact steps and important dates during the orientation week. Keep an eye on your student email for announcements from Academic Affairs!
Your tuition payment schedule is outlined in your student contract. While exact deadlines can be adjusted each year, payments are generally due in installments on these dates:
November 15th: 25% of total tuition
December 15th: 50% of total tuition
February 15th: 75% of total tuition
April 15th: 100% of total tuition

Getting involved is easy and fun! To explore our exciting range of student clubs and sports teams, please visit the Student Support Service in Room 506. They can provide you with a full list of current activities, contact information for club leaders, and details on how to sign up.
For any technical help, you can visit our IT Support team in Room 508. Alternatively, you can always reach the IT Department via email at it@udea.uz. They're here to help with everything from Wi-Fi issues to software access!
Our university library is located on the 4th Floor. To borrow books, simply bring your Student ID card to the library desk. You'll find a wide range of resources to support your studies!
Your most up-to-date class schedule is always available for you in the LMS (Learning Management System). Additionally, for your convenience, the Dean's Office usually provides printed versions of the schedule on the Second Floor.
You will receive your access credentials (username and password) for the UDEA LMS via your student email shortly after your enrollment is finalized. This portal is your central hub for course materials, grades, announcements, and much more!
You can obtain your proof of enrollment through my.gov platform or download it directly from LMS in Student Inquiries – Proof of study feature.
