On March 11, a seminar-training titled “10 Steps from Stress to Happiness” was held at UDEA, bringing together students interested in personal development, emotional wellbeing, and effective communication.
The session was conducted by Gulnoza Nazarova, a UDEA specialist, psychologist, and trainer in leadership, personal development, and communication. During the seminar, students had the opportunity to explore practical strategies for managing stress and maintaining inner balance in their daily academic and personal lives.
The interactive format of the seminar encouraged active participation, allowing students to ask questions, share experiences, and reflect on their own approaches to stress management and wellbeing. The training created a supportive environment where students could gain useful tools to improve both their academic performance and overall quality of life.
UDEA continues to organize educational and personal development events aimed at helping students build not only academic knowledge but also essential life skills.
