Your tuition payment schedule is outlined in your student contract. While exact deadlines can be adjusted each year, payments are generally due in installments on these dates: November 15th: 25% of total tuition December 15th: 50% of total tuition February 15th: 75% of total tuition April 15th: 100% of total tuition For precise details or any questions, please contact the Accounting.

Getting involved is easy and fun! To explore our exciting range of student clubs and sports teams, please visit the Student Support Service in Room 506. They can provide you with a full list of current activities, contact information for club leaders, and details on how to sign up.

Our university library is located on the 4th Floor. To borrow books, simply bring your Student ID card to the library desk. You'll find a wide range of resources to support your studies!

Your most up-to-date class schedule is always available for you in the LMS (Learning Management System). Additionally, for your convenience, the Dean's Office usually provides printed versions of the schedule on the Second Floor.

You will receive your access credentials (username and password) for the UDEA LMS via your student email shortly after your enrollment is finalized. This portal is your central hub for course materials, grades, announcements, and much more!

You can obtain your proof of enrollment through my.gov platform or download it directly from LMS in Student Inquiries – Proof of study feature.

Applying from outside Uzbekistan is straightforward! Simply visit our dedicated international application page on our website: (link). The online portal will guide you through the process step-by-step. After submitting your application, your personal enrollment advisor will contact you through email for additional details.

To complete your application, you'll need the following: - A completed online application form. - Your Passport credentials and scan version of it. - Your High School Diploma and academic transcripts. - Proof of English proficiency (e.g., IELTS or TOEFL scores). Good news: UDEA does not charge an application fee!

UDEA is here to support you every step of the way! Our university administration team will provide assistance with your visa application process. Your personal Enrollment Advisor will guide you through all the necessary steps and required documents. Please note that you will be responsible for a small, mandatory visa fee.

To secure your place at UDEA after receiving your offer letter, you will be asked to pay a small confirmation deposit. All instructions on how and when to pay will be clearly outlined in your offer letter. Don't worry, your Enrollment Advisor will also be available to assist you with any questions regarding this process.

We want your arrival to be as smooth as possible! Upon your arrival at the airport, our dedicated administration team will meet you and provide transportation directly to your dormitory. Afterwards, they will assist you with your initial orientation and guide you to the campus for registration and introduction.

UDEA offers convenient dormitory accommodation located very close to the campus, making your daily commute easy. For students who prefer to rent an apartment, our administration team is also here to help! They can assist you with searching for suitable options and even support negotiations with landlords.

UDEA offers all students a mandatory health insurance. Moreover, health check-up is available upon arrival.
