A series of educational excursions were organized for students of the University of Digital Economics and Agrotechnologies with the aim of preserving historical memory and strengthening feelings of patriotism and national identity.
Students visited the Museum of Victims of Political Repression, located in the Square of Martyrs, where they learned about the lives and tragic fates of compatriots who became innocent victims during the period of the totalitarian regime. They were introduced to important documents and exhibits reflecting the most painful chapters of our history.
In addition, during excursions to Victory Park and The Museum of Glory, students became closely acquainted with historical information from the years of the Second World War, military exhibits, and displays illustrating examples of courage and heroism. The museum’s interactive sections, archival documents, and historical artifacts enabled young people to gain a deeper understanding of the events of that era.
These visits further strengthened students’ respect for the defenders of the Motherland, appreciation of the bravery of our ancestors, understanding of the value of independence and peace, and commitment to preserving historical memory.
